Spencer Seifert,CPA

Spencer Seifert received a B.B.A in Economics with a minor in accounting and finance from Baylor University and his masters in accounting from University of Houston - Clear Lake. While working in accounting and finance since his graduation, he went on to earn his Series 7 license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. 

Donna M. Badgett, CPA

Donna Badgett received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston Clear Lake in May of 1984. Prior to joining the firm in December of 2004, she worked for a Big Eight CPA firm, banks, industry and for four years worked for a small CPA firm in Pennsylvania. Since her move to public accounting, she has been involved with corporate, individual, non-profit and individual taxes and financial reporting and non-profit auditing. Her corporate work included a wide variety of industries including construction, landscaping, real estate, information, and manufacturing. Donna received her CPA certificate in September 1985..

Madeline Simpson, CPA

Madeline did her undergraduate work at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. She received her Master's degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI. Has worked in public accounting since 1999. She has been with Mosher, Seifert and Company since 2008.

Susan Moore, CPA

Susan graduated from University of Houston in 1993 with a BBA in Accounting and joined Mosher, Seifert & Company in 2005. She assists a variety of businesses and individuals with federal tax preparation. Susan works with executors & trustees in the administration of estates & trusts and represents clients in Internal Revenue Service examinations. Susan is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tiffany L. Sosa, CPA

Tiffany Sosa received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in August of 2011. She went on to complete her post-graduate course work and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in May of 2013. She received her CPA certificate in January 2015. Since joining our firm in January 2012, Tiffany has been involved with corporate and individual taxes. She also has experience with the preparation of financial statements for various entities and personal financial statements for the respective owners

Heidi Ragsdale, CPA

Heidi Ragsdale received a B.S. in Management and Accounting from Park University – Austin in May 1999 and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas State University – San Marcos in May 2003.  She received her CPA certificate in 2004. Her private industry experience includes Medicaid program auditing, healthcare reimbursement and non-profit work.  Her public accounting experience includes corporate and non-profit auditing, financial reporting as well as corporate, individual and non-profit taxation.  She joined Mosher Seifert and Company in June of 2018.

Liza Jenkins, EA

Liza Jenkins joined the firm in 2009 after receiving her B.S in Accounting from the University of Houston – Clear Lake in 2008.  Prior to immigrating to the United States in 1989, she received her B.S. in Accounting and Banking and Finance in her birth country of the Philippines.  Liza has been working on individual and corporate taxes, the preparation  of financial statements for our various entities. 

Debbie Rogers

Debbie Rogers received a B.B.A. in Management/Marketing from Baylor University in 1978.  Before joining our firm, Debbie had 21 years of experience mostly working for a CPA firm doing write up work and payroll reports.  Since joining our firm in 2000, Debbie is now mostly involved with the preparation of corporate and individual tax returns. 

Giovanna Guzman

Giovanna Guzman received her B.S in Professional Accounting from University of Houston – Clear Lake in 2012. Prior to joining our team, she obtained some experience in accounts payable. Since joining she has assisted with payroll reports and preparation of individual tax returns. Giovanna hopes to sit for her CPA in the near future. 

Dixie Carlton

Dixie came to the firm in 1986 as a Paraprofessional with 15 years working experience with a small CPA firm and as a Loan Officer & Customer Relations Teller with a local credit union. Dixie works along-side the Partner-In-Charge and is primarily responsible for the internal bookkeeping operations for the firm. With 30+ years of service and experience, Dixie has assisted the Accountants in the preparation of personal, corporate & partnership returns, as well as, quarterly & year-end payroll reporting.  

Jacque Stadler

Jacque Stadler received her Associates in Business Specializing in Legal Assistant from Erie Business Center - Erie, PA in 1995. She comes to us with 17 years of experience working in a CPA firm in Erie, PA. Jacque has experience in processing payrolls, filing quarterly, year- end and several state payroll tax returns. Since joining the firm, Jacque has been involved as an Administrative Assistant the assembling of tax returns and helping the firm go paperless.

Elizabeth Fry

Elizabeth Fry received a B.A. in Photography with a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences from Sam Houston State University in 2009. Since joining our firm, Elizabeth has been involved with setting up new and existing clients, making copies, filing and file organization, assisting with inputting worksheets for audits and returns, QuickBooks and Quicken input.
