KEN SEIFERT, CPA
Ken Seifert, who received his B.B.A. degree in accounting from Sam Houston State University in 1973, is the owner of Mosher, Seifert and Co, CPA’s in Pasadena, TX. He has been heavily involved in tax planning and helping others pay the least amount of tax that is legally possible. Ken's professional memberships include the American Institute of CPA's, Texas Society of CPA's and the Houston Chapter of TSCPA. He has been a past director of the Houston Chapter of CPA's, an organization of over 9,000 members.
Ken's firm employs a total of 20 people who will prepare approximately 2,100 individual returns and 500 + trust and business returns this tax season. Ken has been speaking to groups for the past 18 years. The firm motto is “We help you keep more of what you earn."
Ken and his wife Debbie have five children ranging in age from 40 years to 30 years – 5 are married, with 4 grandchildren. As if this isn't enough, he is also active in various community affairs; the most recent is the presidency of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, the Pasadena Rotary Club and the Bridge Over Troubled Waters, a shelter for battered women and their children.
Ken also has other business ventures and other investment and commercial rental properties. In his remaining spare time, he enjoys riding his Harley, doing some fishing and hunting, and then just relaxing on his place on Lake Travis, and his country place in Fayetteville, Texas.
